In the Baker's POV, you’ll see how our team begins each day bright and early, focusing on preparing our daily breads. The video showcases the process of baking each loaf to perfection. From ensuring the dough rises just right to carefully monitoring the bake time, you’ll get an inside look at how our bakers achieve that perfect balance of soft and golden. Once baked, each loaf is carefully decorated and placed on display, ready for our customers to enjoy fresh every morning. The care and attention to detail in every step ensure that our bakery is filled with the freshest, most delicious breads to start the day.

In our Cashier's POV, you’ll see the fast-paced, dynamic front of the bakery, where our team greets customers with a smile and keeps everything running smoothly. They help customers choose the perfect treat, prepare delicious coffee, and ensure the bakery is clean and well-stocked. Behind the scenes, they manage payments, restock displays, and handle multiple tasks with efficiency and care. Our cashiers are the backbone of our customer service, making sure every visitor leaves happy with their experience and favorite baked goods.

Finally, we’ve had a lot of requests to get to know the man behind the bakery – Jin, our new owner. In his POV, you’ll see the challenges and joys of running a growing bakery in Oahu, Hawaii. From managing the day-to-day operations to planning exciting new projects, Jin’s role is all about leadership, decision-making, and of course, enjoying a sweet treat or two along the way.
